There are five available BRONZE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES and they offer a great opportunity to show your support and obtain great recognition of your organization.
The BRONZE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE investment costs $1,000 and includes:
An area of the event sponsored by your business. Maximum exposure and high traffic areas, such as the Marshalling area for all billy carts and drivers, The Pit Stop area, where carts go for maintenance and repairs and be on show, the Comfort Stations for all patrons to use at their leisure, or Refreshment stand for free drinking water to any patrons of the event. We would produce advertising at your preferred location acknowledging your support of the event.
Advertising on the racecourse – 2 x large 2m long core flute signs to promote your business name and brand recognition! A great opportunity to obtain some photos of the carts passing your signs! Signs are yours to keep after the event. (value $200).
Trophy presentation on behalf of your business/organization – 1 x 3rd place Trophy award. Be present at the awards ceremony at 4.15pm to help hand over the trophy to a deserving winner, or our representative will announce the trophy and give thanks for your sponsorship on stage.
Unique Sponsorship Appreciation Poster – Gain extra publicity via acknowledgement on our social media; and receive a Unique, laminated, one off event sponsor recognition poster to display in your office for customers to see.
