We ran our first Hills Billy Cart Festival in 2018 and learned so much. A turn-back-time theme and community festival with 55 Billy carts competing. It was a hoot and the community absolutely loved it. 2019 badged as the Mount Helena Classic it all ran like a well-oiled machine with around 75 competitors. With 98% satisfaction ratings on the post event survey, how good is that!
